Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn and unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • With all tags still attached

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via our support page
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll provide return instructions

Exchanges

We offer exchanges depending on stock availability.
If your preferred size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or damaged items (not due to fault)
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
